Account Setup and Portals

Set up your parent account, help your child access the student portal, and start using Zairoo with confidence.

How do I create a Zairoo parent account?+
Parents can create an account through the Parent Portal. Follow the sign-up steps, verify your details if prompted, and then log in to begin setting up your child's learning journey.
Where should parents log in?+
Parents should log in through the Parent Portal. This is where parents manage their account, subscription, child account access, and see information about their child's learning progress.
Where should children log in?+
Children should log in through the Child Portal. This is the student learning space for practice, corrections, and guided study support.
Can one parent account support more than one child?+
Yes. Parents on the Premium plan can add more than one child under the same account, making it easier to support learning across the family from one place.
How does the referral reward work?+
Share your referral link with friends. When an eligible referee subscribes to a Premium plan, a reward will be credited according to the referral terms in place at the time of the subscription.
Who should I contact if I used the wrong email or portal?+
Please contact Support and include the parent email used, the child's name or account details, and a short explanation of what happened. This helps us review the issue and guide you to the correct next step more quickly.

Plans

Subscription and Billing

Find out where billing is managed, what to check before subscribing, and what to do if something does not look right.

Where can I manage my subscription?+
Subscription management is handled through the Parent Portal. Parents should log in there to review plan details, billing information, and any available subscription settings.
How do I check my current plan?+
Log in to the Parent Portal and open the subscription or billing area to view your current plan. If the plan shown does not match what you expect, please contact Support with your account details.
What should I do if my payment fails?+
Please check that your payment details are correct and try again through the Parent Portal. If the payment still does not go through, contact Support and include any error message you received.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?+
If self-service subscription controls are available in the Parent Portal you can manage your plan there. If not, please contact Support and we will help you review the available options.
Do you offer partnerships with schools, student care providers, or tuition centres?+
Yes. Zairoo welcomes partnerships with schools, student care providers, tuition centres, and other educational organisations. Please contact the partnerships team to discuss the arrangement that is best suited to your needs.

Practice

Learning Features

Learn how Zairoo supports guided practice, corrections, progress visibility, weak-area follow-up, and more consistent study habits.

What learning features does Zairoo currently support?+
Zairoo supports AI-powered practice, question generation, corrections, progress tracking, weak-area analysis, targeted follow-up practice, and study support tools that help students practise more consistently and learn with greater confidence.
How does question generation work?+
Zairoo generates practice questions based on the selected level, subject, and learning needs. Parents and students can then review the recommended questions as part of a guided learning routine.
How does the chatbot help students?+
Zairoo’s chatbot supports learning by helping students understand concepts, identify mistakes, and continue practising with guidance. It is designed to guide thinking rather than simply give answers, so students build deeper understanding and confidence.
What does progress tracking show?+
Progress tracking helps families see learning activity, performance patterns, and areas that may need more attention. The goal is not just to show scores, but to make next steps clearer and more purposeful.
Can Zairoo replace tuition or school lessons?+
No. Zairoo is designed to support learning, not replace school or tuition. It works best as a guided practice companion that helps students strengthen understanding, build confidence, and study more consistently between lessons.
How should my child use Zairoo every week?+
A simple weekly routine is to complete a short practice session, review corrections carefully, revisit weak areas, and continue with targeted follow-up practice. Consistent use tends to be more effective than occasional long sessions.

Motivation

Points and Rewards

Use points to encourage steady effort and consistency. Rewards-related features may be introduced later.

How many points does a student earn for a correct answer?+
Students currently earn 10 points for each correct answer. The aim is to reinforce regular effort and make progress feel visible and encouraging.
Do students also earn points by correcting their mistakes?+
Yes. A corrected mistake also earns 10 points. This encourages students to learn from mistakes instead of simply moving on.
What can points be used for?+
Rewards features are planned for the future. For now, points help make effort visible and give students an extra sense of progress as they continue learning.
Can points be reset or adjusted?+
If you believe the points shown are incorrect, please contact Support with your parent account email, the child's details, and a brief description of the issue so the team can review it.

Coverage

Curriculum

Current coverage begins with Singapore MOE Primary Mathematics, with future expansion planned over time.

Which curriculum does Zairoo currently support?+
Zairoo currently supports Singapore MOE Mathematics for Primary 1 to Primary 6.
Will other subjects be added?+
Yes. Zairoo plans to expand into additional subjects over time. We are building our capabilities carefully so that each subject is introduced with the same focus on quality, clarity, and effective learning support.
Will secondary school or pre-school levels be added?+
Additional levels may be introduced in the future as Zairoo expands. If you represent a school, centre, or parent group with specific needs, feel free to get in touch and share your interest with the partnerships team.
Are the questions exactly the same as school papers?+
No. Zairoo is designed for guided practice and revision, not to replicate a specific school’s papers exactly. Questions are created to support understanding, skill-building, and curriculum-aligned practice.

Can my child use Zairoo on mobile or tablet?+
Zairoo is designed to work in modern browsers across common devices. For the best experience, make sure your browser is up to date and that your internet connection is stable.
